To produce a concentrate, the carrots are blended into juice, then the water is removed by evaporation. This process facilitates storage and transportation. To use the product, it is just necessary to reintroduce the amount of water previously extracted. Therefore, the concentrate has the advantages of traditional, pure and natural juice, while being more flexible. Depending on its level of dilution, it can be used as a beverage, ingredient, or colorant.
