An independent expertise in industrial heat and steam cycle
We adapt the steam cycle to the dimensioning requirements of biomass cogeneration plants, supplying heating networks and/or industrial consumers.
The members of our “Power Center of Excellence” are specialists in the field of waste and biomass treatment. Thanks to their experience, they can anticipate design and operation issues.
We collaborate with the main manufacturers of turbo-alternator groups (GTA) in a spirit of close partnership, in order to bring the most relevant solutions in choice of machines and by carrying out in-house the design and realization of the water-steam cycle.

We supply all trades by designing and building the water-steam cycle in-house, as well as turnkey plants by working with partners for the boiler island
We have capitalized from our experience as a contractor by controlling the Planning and Interfaces risks. We can apply this risk management to biomass power plant construction projects in the context of TAG (Turbo Alternator Group) or ORC (Organic Rankine Cycle) integrations, in an Energy Regulatory Commission (Commission de Régulation de l’Energie) or SRF (Solid Recovered Fuel) call for tenders, with a major planning constraint.
The work management and the start-up on site are ensured by our personnel with the active participation of pre-qualified partners for boilers, air-cooled condensers and turbines.

Assembly of electrolyser modules awarded to boccard by siemens energy for air liquide normand’hy project
The Air Liquide Normand’Hy project aims to build a 200 MW electrolyzer in the Port-Jérôme industrial zone in Normandy to produce renewable, low-carbon hydrogen in France.
On this large scale project, Boccard’s teams were responsible for the EPC including the electromechanical aspects of the new diesel power plant. The plant integrates tarpaulins, framework, piping, electricity and equipment assembly.
On this project, the Boccard teams were entrusted with the realization of the Turbine and Steam Cycle lot.
