This French food company wanted to expand its business in the United States. Used to work with us in France, they trusted on the local expertise of Boccard US to take charge of the design and installation of its greenfield plant, a key project for the company development.

This plant valorizes the rejects of slaughterhouse products to make food flavorings . The process lines integrate hydrolysis, filtration, separation and concentration systems to concentrate the flavor of the processed products.

The plant includes 4 fully automated single-product process lines and a cleaning-in-place (CIP) system. From project management to studies, manufacturing through on-site installation and training of our client’s employees, this project illustrates Boccard’s expertise in industrial turnkey projects.
