Ice cream pop enrobing preparation line


This American leader in the food industry called Boccard to construct a pasteurization and homogenization unit in his European ice cream factory.

Since our client was American and the factory was in Europe, our mastery of construction and hygiene standards specific to these two regions was crucial.

As ice cream production involved the use of milk, hygiene standards were particularly strict. Our staff, experts in piping and storage, are used to these requirements. All the equipment installed respects 3A and PMO (Pasteurized Milk Ordinance) standards relating to the processing of dairy products in the United States.

The line was designed by our teams. The pasteurizer and homogenizer installed can achieve a flow rate of 10m3/h, and the whole unit has been automated. Our teams succeeded in starting up this new installation without production stoppages at the plant.
