L\u2019automatisation, la flexibilit\u00e9 de la production, la gestion efficace des flux de mati\u00e8res premi\u00e8res et de produits, le nettoyage en place (CIP) ainsi que l\u2019int\u00e9gration de toutes les \u00e9tapes du proc\u00e9d\u00e9 au sein d\u2019un syst\u00e8me unique deviennent essentiels.<\/p><p>Tatra Spring, fabricant de produits cosm\u00e9tiques appartenant au groupe international Intercos, devait relever le d\u00e9fi de passer d\u2019une production reposant sur des \u00e9quipements ind\u00e9pendants \u00e0 un environnement de production enti\u00e8rement int\u00e9gr\u00e9.<\/p><p>La solution a \u00e9t\u00e9 une installation de proc\u00e9d\u00e9 compl\u00e8te r\u00e9alis\u00e9e par Boccard Polska. Tatra Spring dispose d\u00e9sormais de quatre cuves de stockage suppl\u00e9mentaires. Elles permettent de pr\u00e9parer la production en amont et de g\u00e9rer les lots plus efficacement.<\/p><p>Auparavant, les mati\u00e8res premi\u00e8res \u00e9taient d\u00e9charg\u00e9es dans des conteneurs IBC de 1 m\u00b3 et les diff\u00e9rents raccordements \u00e9taient effectu\u00e9s manuellement. La nouvelle installation comprend de grandes cuves de stockage des mati\u00e8res premi\u00e8res ainsi qu\u2019un syst\u00e8me de transfert d\u00e9di\u00e9. La premi\u00e8re \u00e9tape consiste \u00e0 d\u00e9velopper le concept du proc\u00e9d\u00e9 et \u00e0 d\u00e9finir le fonctionnement de l\u2019ensemble du syst\u00e8me. Les \u00e9quipements, les tuyauteries, les structures de support ainsi que les espaces n\u00e9cessaires \u00e0 l\u2019exploitation et \u00e0 la maintenance de l\u2019installation sont ensuite con\u00e7us.<\/p><p>Tous ces \u00e9l\u00e9ments sont int\u00e9gr\u00e9s dans un mod\u00e8le 3D permettant de visualiser la future installation avant m\u00eame le d\u00e9but du montage.
