Apr\u00e8s mes \u00e9tudes d\u2019ing\u00e9nieur, je d\u00e9bute chez Meura, comme Project Manager sur les projets industriels en Chine.<\/p>

Trois ans plus tard, d\u00e9part pour la Chine en tant que support technico-commercial pour la joint-venture (JV) fra\u00eechement ouverte dans le nord-est du pays.<\/p>

Trois mois apr\u00e8s, le General Manager Changchun Meura quitte la JV. La surprise\u00a0?\u00a0On me propose de reprendre ses responsabilit\u00e9s. On me fait confiance\u00a0?\u00a0Je me fais confiance<\/strong> et demande une ressource pour g\u00e9rer l\u2019atelier local, clef de succ\u00e8s pour la filiale.<\/p>

Le bureau de repr\u00e9sentation de Shanghai en charge du d\u00e9veloppement commercial ne r\u00e9alise pas les r\u00e9sultats escompt\u00e9s. Je propose de reprendre ce r\u00f4le et de consolider ce bureau avec celui de Changchun. C’est une opportunit\u00e9 pour construire sur mon exp\u00e9rience<\/strong> de technico-commercial, mais cette fois-ci \u00e0 un niveau plus s\u00e9nior et plus expos\u00e9. Au bout de huit ans, la d\u00e9cision est prise de fermer la joint-venture. Je suis charg\u00e9 de conduire cette nouvelle \u00e9tape. La mission n’est pas ais\u00e9e<\/strong> car il s’agit d’arr\u00eater une activit\u00e9 et d’accompagner des coll\u00e8gues \u00e0 la fin d’une aventure personnelle et professionnelle. Les n\u00e9gociations avec nos partenaires sont rudes. Cependant, j’y gagne en souplesse et en r\u00e9silience<\/strong> : c’est aussi cela la t\u00e9nacit\u00e9 des valeurs Boccard.\u00a0<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

De retour en Belgique, je deviens \u00e0 la fois Sales Manager Asie et Quotation Manager. Lorsque l’activit\u00e9 de BU Boccard Shanghai, et donc ses effectifs se contractent, j’aide en rajoutant une casquette,<\/strong> celle de BU Manager en int\u00e9rim, \u00e0 temps partiel et \u00e0 distance. Les voyages Belgique \/ Chine \/ Asie sont intenses. En 2019, la taille de la BU, et donc la charge de travail devenant de plus en plus importante, la proximit\u00e9 au quotidien avec le terrain est indispensable. Je discute avec mon Manager de l’option d’aller vivre \u00e0 Shanghai pour continuer \u00e0 occuper le poste de BU Manager de Boccard Shanghai.
