Il est utilis\u00e9 dans la production de pommades, de sirops, de gels, de shampooings, de savons, de produits de soins capillaires, de bains de bouche et d'\u00e9mulsions. Pour les produits de faible \u00e0 forte viscosit\u00e9.\n<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

La version de base de l’agitateur est \u00e9quip\u00e9e d’un syst\u00e8me de double malaxage situ\u00e9 \u00e0 l’\u00e9tage sup\u00e9rieur. Ce syst\u00e8me se compose d’un m\u00e9langeur \u00e0 h\u00e9lice et d’un m\u00e9langeur \u00e0 ancre avec racleurs. Ces deux m\u00e9langeurs nous permettent de m\u00e9langer la plupart des produits \u00e0 base d’eau. Au bas du m\u00e9langeur, nous avons install\u00e9 un homog\u00e9n\u00e9isateur de type rotor-stator, qui peut facilement m\u00e9langer des substances dont la viscosit\u00e9 peut atteindre 50 000 Cp. Notre homog\u00e9n\u00e9isateur peut fonctionner dans une fonction de pompage qui, associ\u00e9e \u00e0 un by-pass, permet de cr\u00e9er des circuits en dessous et au-dessus de la surface du produit. L’unit\u00e9 dispose \u00e9galement de fonctions de nettoyage par circulation interne via des t\u00eates CIP. Le m\u00e9langeur est con\u00e7u pour fonctionner sous vide total, ce qui minimise l’a\u00e9ration du produit. En option, nous pouvons installer un entonnoir de dosage de poudre sur le by-pass et aspirer les poudres par le vide. Le m\u00e9langeur VEXILLUM a \u00e9t\u00e9 con\u00e7u selon les principes GMP. Les surfaces internes sont rectifi\u00e9es \u00e0 la main pour obtenir une rugosit\u00e9 de Ra<0,8.<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/section><\/div><\/div><\/section>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t
