Filtrations-\/Gaszufuhrsystemen sowie einem Dosierpumpensystem, Energieknoten (Dampf-\/K\u00fchlwassererzeuger), die auf einem gemeinsamen Tragrahmen montiert Waschpumpe, Mischen, Gasfluss- und Sauerstoffkontrolle verf\u00fcgt der Bioreaktor \u00fcber eine kaskadierende S\u00e4ttigungsregelung, pH-Kontrolle, Schaumerkennung sowie zwei Optionen zur N\u00e4hrstoffzufuhr w\u00e4hrend des Prozesses (stufenweise oder nach linearer bzw. exponentieller Kurve). Dar\u00fcber hinaus ist er mit Sensoren zur Messung der optischen Dichte und der Lebendzellzahl ausgestattet, die eine kontinuierliche \u00dcberwachung des Prozessverlaufs erm\u00f6glichen.<\/p><p>Die implementierten mechanischen und automatisierten L\u00f6sungen wurden vollst\u00e4ndig an die vielf\u00e4ltigen Prozesse des Kunden
