Die Teams b\u00fcndelten ihr Fachwissen in einem Forschungsprogramm an einer von <b>Meura<\/b> Technologies in Belgien zur <b>Verf\u00fcgung gestellten Pilotanlage<\/b>. Da Roggen eine W\u00fcrze mit geringer Filtrierbarkeit ist, bestand das Ziel des Programms darin, <b>ein neues Verfahren zu entwickeln, das ein optimales Verh\u00e4ltnis zwischen W\u00fcrzedichte und Verdampfungskosten erm\u00f6glicht<\/b>.<\/p>\n<p>Das Programm endete mit  <b>die Entwicklung einer Hybridl\u00f6sung der bekannten Meura2001-Filtrationstechnologie.<\/b>  Unsere Teams waren auch beteiligt an der  <b>die gesamte Produktionslinie<\/b>: von der <b>Annahme der angelieferten Rohstoffe<\/b> (Gerstenmalz, Roggenmalz, Roggen und Gerste) bis zur <b>Herstellung der konzentrierten Kwass-W\u00fcrze<\/b>, einschlie\u00dflich der <b>Verdampfungsanlage.<\/b> Einige der <b>Behandlungstanks wurden vor Ort<\/b> nach unseren Zeichnungen <b>hergestellt<\/b>. Meura k\u00fcmmerte sich um die Lieferung der Schaltschr\u00e4nke und die i Bochka&#8220; auf den Markt und war damit das erste ausl\u00e4ndische Unternehmen, das auf diesem sehr spezifischen Markt in Russland Fu\u00df fasste. Mit seinem einzigartigen Geschmack und dem Aroma von knusprigem Roggenbrot verbindet &#8222;Kruzhka i Bochka&#8220; den traditionellen Geschmack von Kwas mit der Qualit\u00e4t der von dem multinationalen Unternehmen hergestellten Getr\u00e4nke.  <\/div>\n<p>Aufbauend auf seinem Erfolg auf dem russischen Markt kaufte Coca-Cola die ukrainische Marke &#8222;Yarilo&#8220; und begann 2009 mit der Produktion von Kwas in der Ukraine in Saporischschja. Neben dem Getr\u00e4nk stellt die Pflanze auch ein W\u00fcrzekonzentrat her, das der Hauptbestandteil des Kwass ist.<\/p>\n<p>Im Jahr 2006 nahm das Forschungs- und Entwicklungsteam von Coca-Cola Kontakt mit <b>der Forschungs- und Entwicklungsabteilung von Meura<\/b> auf, um die Entwicklung einer hochmodernen <b> Produktionslinie f\u00fcr &#8222;Kwas&#8220;-Extrakte<\/b> zu besprechen <b>.<\/b> Die beiden Unternehmen haben sich f\u00fcr ein Testprogramm in der Pilotanlage von Meura Technologies zusammengeschlossen. Der Roggen<br \/>und insbesondere dunkles Roggenmalz ergeben eine W\u00fcrze mit einer eher schlechten Filtrierbarkeit. Ab der Maischephase muss besonders auf die Prozessbedingungen geachtet werden, um negative Auswirkungen auf die Filtrierbarkeit zu vermeiden. Der <b>Meura2001 Hybrid-Filter erwies sich<\/b> aufgrund seiner ausgezeichneten Filtration dieser speziellen W\u00fcrze als <b>die optimalste<\/b> Technologie, da er die h\u00f6chste <b>W\u00fcrzedichte<\/b> erreicht <b>und so die Verdampfungskosten reduziert.<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Die Kombination von Meuras Sudhaustechnologie mit dem Fachwissen des Forschungs- und Entwicklungsteams von Coca-Cola bei der Auswahl von Rohstoffen und Prozessparametern zur Erzielung des gew\u00fcnschten Geschmacks konnte nur zum Erfolg f\u00fchren. Nach etwa vier Jahren der Zusammenarbeit wurde ein Verfahren entwickelt.<\/p>\n<p>2010 unterzeichnete Coca-Cola mit Meura einen Vertrag \u00fcber eine <b>Industrieanlage zur Herstellung von Kwas-Konzentrat.<\/b> Das Projekt zur Installation der Anlagen begann Ende 2011 und der erste Sud wurde wie geplant Ende 2012 hergestellt.
