Dies ist der leistungsst\u00e4rkste <b>Teilchenbeschleuniger<\/b> der Welt. Protonen mit sehr hoher Energie, die in einem Vakuum in Strahlen zirkulieren, die sich in entgegengesetzter Richtung drehen, werden miteinander kollidieren, um nach Beweisen f\u00fcr Supersymmetrie, dunkle Materie und den Ursprung der Masse von Elementarteilchen zu suchen.<\/p>\n<p>Diese auf nahezu Lichtgeschwindigkeit beschleunigten Protonen, die stundenlang im Kreislauf gehalten werden, werden von sehr starken supraleitenden Magneten geleitet.
